Breathwork is a practice that involves controlling and regulating the breath to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

By consciously focusing on the breath we bypass the mind and enter a different state of awareness, giving us access to deeper states of consciousness where healing, spirit, and love reside. This is what most people seek when meditating, and breathwork takes you to that place very quickly.

A session is truly about you. My job is to create a safe space and through the use of breath & sounds, guide you into a state of relaxation. 

Duration: 60 – 75 minutes
